Key Policies and Issues
California is at a crossroads. Our state is facing critical challenges that demand bold, decisive leadership. From improving public safety to addressing homelessness, from healthcare reform to protecting individual rights, the time for change is now. These key issues affect every Californian, regardless of political affiliation. My focus is on real solutions that prioritize the well-being of our communities and create lasting, positive impact. Below are the core policies I will champion to ensure a better future for all of us. I have a plan.
Ron On The Homeless Crises
A Real Solution to the Homeless Crisis
The homeless crisis isn’t going to be solved by giving away houses or rooms. It requires a sustainable solution that addresses the root causes. I have a plan that’s different from anything that’s been tried before—one that will clean up our streets, restore dignity to those who need it, and reclaim our public spaces and beaches from unsanitary conditions. This needs to start now.
Ron On Crime
Ending Smash and Grab Theft
This affects all businesses and is extremely dangerous, sometimes resulting in harm or even death, along with destruction causing thousands, sometimes millions, in losses. Some businesses have even gone bankrupt. Not anymore, in California. We will be going after these people in two distinct ways that will deter thieves from ever considering this. One idea is to make these thieves pay by repossessing everything they own, so they know what it’s like to lose their belongings. Whatever insurance doesn’t cover, these thieves will pay back, along with additional costs, to help the business owner rebuild and restore their operations.
These thieves will also spend 2 to 3 years contributing to cleaning up California, making it cleaner than ever before—something we all want to see done anyway. This will help reduce our cleanup costs. I will share a second idea once I’m elected Governor.
Ron On Boarder Control
Border Control with Accountability
Border control should mean just that—control. We already have systems in place, but they aren’t being properly enforced. The consequences? Hit-and-run incidents, skyrocketing drug issues, water scarcity, sewer usage increase, trash increase, human trafficking, copper theft, and violence on a scale we've never seen before. The current situation is unacceptable. I will enforce the law and ensure that entry into our country happens the right way.
Ron On Healthcare
Healthcare for All Ages
I have a plan that no one else has put forward—one that will work. It’s time to overhaul our healthcare system so that no one is left behind, regardless of age. My plan focuses on reducing costs and ensuring better medical care for all. Prescription drug prices are out of control, and we need a system that works for everyone.
Many have failed in addressing this issue, but I have several plans because it’s a significant concern for me. From conception to age 100 and beyond, YOU are all important to me. There are many issues, including racial discrimination in healthcare, which will not be tolerated. Everyone will be treated equally, no matter your age, color, religion, or anything else. We’re all in this together.

Some prescriptions are highly effective, but you have to be wealthy to afford them, and that’s not fair to people who need relief. I will address these issues so that everyone benefits. I will look into the laws and regulations to make this happen.
-
Unexpected medical bills are a serious issue. We need better control over life’s unexpected medical expenses because health is crucial, and a better plan is needed. I have ideas, and I need to sit down with the medical board and other officials to get things done for the benefit of everyone involved. No one else is doing this, and it’s an issue that requires genuine care.

California pays a high tax rate. In working to improve California on several fronts, we will find ways to save money, and part of this plan will be to support our healthcare system. This will help people of all ages stay healthier. There’s nothing worse than feeling left out when you need help right away—it’s scary. If you need help, you’ll get it. I’m confident other states will follow our model. Right now, the system often neglects people, especially as they get older. Sad but true. Not anymore—you will be cared for. We all need a little care, and age shouldn’t make a difference. I wish everyone well.
Ron On First Responders
Supporting Our Police
Our police officers deserve the support and resources they need to keep us safe, but right now, they’re not getting it. I have a plan to reinvest in our police departments, ensuring better pay and the tools they need to do their jobs effectively. We need to restore respect for law enforcement and recognize their critical role in maintaining order.
I have a one time plan that will not involve any honest and good citizens. But can bring about 400 million to 2 billion dollars - I call it the vitamin B shot for helping our police for what they have lost in wages. I believe this will bring back many quality officers who have quit. This will help.
Fire Departments and EMT
Our fire departments and EMTs are the backbone of emergency response, but many of their facilities are outdated, and they lack the equipment they need to perform at their best. I’m committed to providing them with the resources and pay they deserve. Their work saves lives, and it's time we invest in their future.
Ron On Education
Restoring Respect in Higher Education
There is no so-called freedom of speech when it involves discrimination based on race or religion, incitement to harm, persecution of individuals, or damage to school property. Schools are places for study and learning—nothing more. I will be endorsing safer schools and a focus on higher education without socialism or 'woke' interference, and I believe history should be preserved as it was, without changes or adjustments in any way, shape, or form.
Many of our schools are in desperate need of remodeling and upgrades.
I have a plan that will take care of this.
Ron On
the Second Amendment
Gun Rights:
I am a firm believer in gun rights, but we need to address the flaws in our current laws. History teaches us that good people should have the right to protect themselves, yet too often, they are the ones who suffer. Our laws are protecting the wrong people—those who are mentally ill, hateful, and violent. I will work with legal experts and judges to make our state safer, ensuring that bad actors are held accountable while good citizens retain their rights to defend themselves fully without consequences - we will make the needed changes.
Ron On Reproductive Rights
A Woman’s Right to Choose:
It's a woman's right. Every woman has her own unique circumstances. Critical decisions need to be made, as lives are at stake and relationships have long-lasting consequences. We say it's a free country and value freedom of choice, but careful thought is essential.
Ron On Trans Competitors
Fairness in Athletics:
Athletics are important to everyone, and with the Olympics coming up, we must ensure fairness in competition. Whether you’re male, female, gay, or straight, fair competition matters. However, mixing categories is unfair and cannot be tolerated. We need clear rules that preserve fairness for everyone involved.
